Development pipeline

The project is being sequenced in stages, not announced as if it already exists.

The immediate objective is to structure the first operational module correctly, align its downstream dependencies, and preserve the integrated logic of the broader platform as development proceeds.

In Development - Eonora Energy is currently in the project development stage. Our first operational facility is being structured in Ganiyari, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

Execution logic

We are moving from project structuring toward executable industrial modules.

The development pipeline is organised around practical dependencies: feedstock and plant structuring, technology and EPC alignment, downstream product logic, and carbon-market readiness where relevant.

This is a sequencing page, not an operations page. It reflects workstreams underway rather than completed commissioning.

01

Site and base module structuring

Land, plant configuration, technical scope, and first-module economics are being aligned around the initial compressed biogas build-out.

02

Technology and partner definition

We are engaging with EPC consultants, technology providers, and relevant specialist partners needed to move from concept to build-ready definition.

03

Integrated downstream planning

CO2 utilisation, FOM/LFOM product logic, biochar pathways, and solar support are being evaluated as connected expansions rather than isolated additions.

04

Commercial and carbon positioning

The platform is being framed for durable product logic, carbon-aware revenue streams, and disciplined expansion instead of short-term positioning.

Current workstreams

What is actively being advanced now.

  • Structuring the first operational facility in Ganiyari, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
  • Defining project architecture around an initial compressed biogas module.
  • Engaging technical, EPC, and market-facing counterparties relevant to downstream execution.
  • Preserving the integrated platform thesis as the project moves from planning toward implementation.
